Insurance/Fees

Mental health treatment requires investing both your time and money. We believe in balancing the accessibility of care with creating a sustainable business. Reproductive Resilience is considered an in-network provider with Premera, Regence, First Choice/Kaiser PPO, and Aetna plans within Washington state; we are out of network with all other insurance plans.

While insurance can help defer the cost of the mental health services, there are pros and cons to using your insurance for mental health treatment versus paying out of pocket. For example:

  • Using your insurance benefits (in or out of network) requires you be diagnosed with specific condition that qualifies for treatment according to insurance policies.
  • Paying for sessions up front and independently managing submitting superbills to insurance for partial or full reimbursement is time consuming and the cost of treatment can add up.

Using insurance benefits is an individual decision that varies widely. We recommend that you contact your insurance directly and confirm our practice or your provider through our Tax ID (93-3427573). While cumbersome, most insurance carriers will provide clients with benefit details, including deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays. Please make sure you are checking our group practice Tax ID when verifying coverage, as some of our clinicians are credentialed under other contracts with other organizations; the Tax ID and our physical location (6553 California Ave Suite B, Seattle WA 98136) is the best way to verify you are getting accurate information.
