Reproductive Psychotherapist

Megan Slade (she/her)

I grew-up in the heart of Montana’s Beartooth Mountains, inspiring my deep care and appreciation for the natural world. I was fortunate to live in the Midwest and on the East Coast during my college and early career – including living and working on a farm. I am grateful to call the Pacific Northwest home, where I live with my family now. I spend most of my spare time gardening, making art, and being outdoors with family and friends.

I have been working with individuals and families in private, public, and clinical settings since 2003, and have worked primarily with pregnant and postpartum women and their families since 2016. I use a collaborative approach, and work with you to create an individualized plan of care to accomplish your goals. My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, finding what works best for you.

Training and Credentials:

I am licensed in Washington State to provide therapy and counseling as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with a BS in Art Therapy from Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and completed my graduate degree in Expressive Arts Therapy form Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I engage in ongoing clinical training and consultation to ensure that I am up to date, inclusive, and informed in current reproductive topics and evidence-based treatment modalities.
